School Council

At Westbrook Lane Primary School, we feel it is important that the children have a say in how their school is run. Our school council is made up of two representatives from each class from Reception to Year 6. These children were voted by their peers because they are considered to be good role models and a good voice for each child in their class.

During our school council meetings, we discuss many matters from issues in the school, fundraising and ways to improve our school. The school council feedback to their class and take suggestions from their peers to raise at future meetings.

This year our school council representatives have led whole school assemblies to celebrater Anti-Bullying Week and NSPCC Kindness Day.
