Curriculum Statement
At Westbrook Lane Primary School we are committed to meeting and delivering the full breadth and ambition of the Primary National Curriculum introduced in September 2014.
Our staff work collaboratively in year groups to plan and design a rich, well-sequenced curriculum that reflects the needs of all learners in our school community. Through thoughtful planning and inclusive teaching, we ensure that every child is supported and challenged to achieve their best.
Our curriculum is exciting, relevant to our children, and inspires children to nurture a passion for learning and creativity. Our curriculum prepares children not only for the next stage of their education but for adult life, guided by our vision to help them grow as confident indivudals who have a caring heart and a curious mind.
